  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying


1. To make the paneer, mix together all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.

8. Add the fried paneer balls and green onion and cook for a few more minutes.

9. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
